In the top 3 of the best acan echinata I have seen in more than a couple of decades of reef keeping, this is a very special coral. We've had this colony since 2016 and don't frag it too often, those frags have tended to go to our trade customers. This time we have 3 frags for sale to the public. These are very well healed over the last 3-4 months, beautifully coloured and ready to go. Once they get growing they will provide an amazing burst of colour in your reef when viewing under blues. This frag is for a multi polyped frag that is already developing new polyps on the frag plug. Acan Echinata can grow fairly rapidly in the right conditions; feeding is the key.
We keep this coral in medium light with medium flow.
