A new release, these are the first few frags to sell of this amazing coral.
Bearing a cursory resemblance to Rainbow Montipora a closer inspection makes it obvious that it is a completely different coral. The polyps are smaller than the monti, they are all green/yellow with a red oral disc and do not change colour depending on orientation to the light (the monti has green, orange and red polyps) but it shares the same blue base that is common with the rainbow monti.
The frags are fairly small and mounted on small frag plugs, they are completely healed and just touching the plug. Its a fast grower and will encrust rapidly in good conditions to give a really striking display of colour.
